In response to the comment about a cheap Tom Baker...
Sadly, I have never been able to find a really inexpensive Tom Baker scarf. I think that if you’re not planning on knitting it yourself (which if you are, you can find patterns here), then your best best is to try etsy or ebay. Here are some links for the cheaper scarves I found:
